Reno Outpatient Mental Health Building
Glen/Mar was awarded a competitive Design-Bid-Build contract to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures and erection of new building components including all utilities, building foundation, building structure, building shell, floors, walls, ceilings, utilities, finishes, site work and other activities as necessary to construct a complete new building in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
The Mental Health Outpatient Clinic is a 15,000 sf two-story medical office building featuring glass curtain walls and architectural metal panel system for the exterior finish. It has a fully-adhered single-ply roof with a high Solar Reflective Index and integral sunshades built into the curtain wall system. This building features glass-tower open areas over the stairwell and the lobby and waiting areas. The two floors and roof are served by a 3-stop elevator.
