Trade Partners

Built on strong partnerships.

Our trade partners are an essential part of every Glen/Mar project. We believe the strongest work is delivered when general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers succeed together.

Why Trade Partners Matter

We came from the trades.

Before founding Glen/Mar Construction in 1985, Glen Brown worked as a drywall subcontractor. That experience helped shape a company that understands the critical role trade partners play in the success of every project.

Today, Glen/Mar remains committed to building strong, long-term relationships with the subcontractors and suppliers who work alongside us. We believe successful projects are built through clear communication, fair dealing, mutual accountability and a shared commitment to safety, quality and performance.

Trade partners are not simply part of our supply chain. They are part of how Glen/Mar delivers the work.

Your success matters to us.

We want our trade partners to succeed on Glen/Mar projects. That means working together to identify issues early, communicate expectations clearly, solve problems collaboratively and create the conditions for everyone on the project to perform at their best.

We value trade partners who take pride in their work, honor their commitments and approach the project as a team. In return, they should expect the same from Glen/Mar.
